Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree; related maintenance experience acceptable.
• CFC/EPA, CPO, and NATE certifications are a plus.
• HVAC-related certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service Teammates and supervise daily work.
• Maintain safe, clean common areas and ensure Crown Residential standards.
• Schedule and manage maintenance for apartments, pools, and exteriors.
• Respond to service requests promptly and support resident satisfaction.
• Oversee overtime approvals and budget for equipment and supplies.
