Job summary

Crown Residential LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead service staff and maintain a luxurious community appearance. You will ensure safety, oversee move-in readiness, and drive preventative maintenance to save costs and enhance resident safety.

Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling, managing budgets, and providing timely service with on-call coverage. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent resident service skills in a multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification.
• Preferred: maintenance supervisory experience in multi-family/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a team of qualified and trained Teammates
• Assist Property Director in hiring, inspecting, counseling and promoting, staffing levels
• Maintain a safe working environment and educate Teammates on safe procedures
• Inspect common areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and service quality
• Schedule maintenance for apartments, pools, parking, exteriors, and common areas
• Respond to service requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call reliability
• Prepare and inspect apartments for move-in readiness after vacancy
• Ensure work complies with OSHA and Equal Housing Opportunity
