Associa is seeking a Housekeeping & Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the luxury Pompano Condominium’s cleaning operations. You will lead the team, schedule staff, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety in common areas, amenities, and resident-facing spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Property Management, training staff, and maintaining high standards of presentation while promoting a professional, service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping/janitorial in luxury residential property.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and janitorial operations throughout the property.
• Establish cleaning schedules and assign staff.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety compliance; coordinate with Property Management.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training housekeeping staff.
• Promote professionalism and exceptional resident service.
