Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking a diligent Service Technician to maintain the appearance and safety of our community while addressing resident service requests. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks and ensure units are ready for move-ins.

You'll work with the team to implement preventative maintenance ideas, manage on-call rotations, and uphold safety standards in all common areas. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I required.
• Preferred: Auto Insurance, EPA/CFC and CPO certifications, NATE HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Repair and service resident areas and vacant units to ready status.
• Maintain HVAC systems and execute repairs as needed.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency service rotations.
