Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team at a Los Angeles property. The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, with responsibility for turnover, safety, and preventative maintenance programs. Strong supervisory experience and a trade certification are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities/residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and set standards.
• Hire, train and develop technicians and associates.
• Address resident service tickets with timely follow-up.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover processes for leasing.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain safety and code compliance across the building.
• Lead capital improvements and manage vendors within budget.
• Coordinate 24/7 on-call coverage.
