Job summary

Atrium Management Company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist for a luxury community in Richmond, VA. You will act as the primary contact for prospects and residents, handling lease administration, marketing collaboration, and top‑notch customer service.

The role is full-time, on-site with a 5‑day work week and two Saturdays per month; compensation is $20–$24 per hour plus a bonus/commission structure based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Property Manager or Leaser in multi-family housing.
• Class-A Lease-Up experience strongly preferred.
• The ability to work weekends as required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing on local campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with property policies and regulations.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and provide solutions.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases; determine renewal rates.
• Review resident files to collect on delinquencies and maximize revenue.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost occupancy, collections, and expenses.
• Handle rent deposits and daily income; manage budgeted occupancy.
• Set priorities, manage time, and handle fast-changing priorities.
• Carry out rent collections and lease management as needed.
