We are seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist who will serve as a point of contact for all prospects and current residents at a luxury community.
The Leasing Specialist reports directly to the Property Manager, and is expected to make marketing, sales, and customer service their top priorities.
Salary: $20 - $24/hr + bonus/commission structure (hourly rate based on experience)
Location: The HUB 500 Maury St. Richmond, VA 23224
Schedule: Full-Time, on-site (5 day work week; 2 Saturdays a month & flexible schedule REQUIRED)
