Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Melbourne, FL to lease our luxury apartment communities. You will greet prospects, qualify needs, market properties, and prepare lease documents.

Daily tasks include inspecting models, conducting outreach marketing, processing applications, and supporting the Community Manager with reports. Strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience.
• One or more years of customer experience.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to ensure they meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends for marketing and satisfaction.
• Complete all lease applications and communicate results to prospects.
• Assist Community Manager with daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Ensure property appearance and conditions meet standards through daily inspections.
