Job summary

Davis Development in Georgia is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help us lease our luxury apartments to prospective residents by marketing properties, preparing lease documents, and screening applicants.

You will greet prospects, qualify their needs, tour models, process applications, and support the Community Manager with reports. A high school diploma and sales/customer service experience are required. Valid driver's license and reliable transport are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property management/leasing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs.
• Inspect models and ready units daily.
• Conduct outreach marketing for the community.
• Monitor local market trends and advise on marketing strategies.
• Complete lease applications and verifications.
• Assist managers with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure property appearance meets standards and submit reports.
