Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.
• One or more years of customer experience required.
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with varied teams.

• Positive, can-do attitude and self-starter mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, qualify needs, and determine preferences.
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Track local market trends and advise on marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Complete lease applications, verify them, and communicate results.
• Support Community Manager with daily/weekly reports and surveys.
• Ensure property appearance and facilities meet standards; report findings.
