Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the sales process from inquiry to lease signing, delivering excellent service to prospective and current residents.

Role involves presenting the community, guiding tours, explaining floor plans and pricing, and supporting move-ins while focusing on resident retention and community engagement.

Experience with Yardi or RealPage and a valid driver’s license are preferred to maintain records and coordinate marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Handle resident information and leases using property management software.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Support resident retention programs and community events.
