Job summary

onefinestay seeks an Independent Property Acquisition Consultant to be the local on-the-ground representative in destinations such as Vail or Tuscany. You will identify, approach, and sign homeowners to list their properties with onefinestay.

This is a fully commission-based role requiring a strong local network, sales instincts, and self-sufficiency. You’ll manage your own schedule, travel, and pipeline while upholding the brand's standards of discretion and service.

Qualifications

• Established Local Network: genuine network of homeowners, property managers, real estate agents or local contacts within the destination.
• Sales & relationship-building: proven ability to prospect, build rapport, and close agreements; commission-based earnings.
• Self-motivation & independence: comfortable operating independently with own schedule, prospecting activity and pipeline.
• Local credibility & brand representation: represent the brand's standards of quality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Market & product knowledge: understanding luxury vacation rental or high-end real estate market to identify suitable properties.
• Local language & market fluency: fluency in local language and familiarity with local customs, regulations, and ownership norms.
• Comfort with independent contractor status: responsible for own time, tools, travel, and local obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Local Network Activation: Build a Target Homeowner List; Activate Local Networks; Represent Onefinestay at local events.
• Homeowner Engagement & Contract Signing: Communicate offering, address questions on terms, guide to signed contracts, ensure properties meet standards; coordinate with teams.
• Onboarding Handoff & Ongoing Relationship Support: Support smooth handoff to operations; maintain goodwill with homeowners.
• Market Feedback: Share on-the-ground intelligence to refine launch and growth strategies.
