Amara in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the Golf Shop's daily operations and deliver a refined, elevated shopping experience for members and guests.

You will drive merchandising, buying, and inventory management, partner with Head Golf Pro and Club leadership to align retail strategy with programming, and mentor a high-performing team in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive retail management experience in luxury hospitality or private clubs.
• Experience in buying, assortment planning, inventory control, visual merchandising and vendor negotiations.
• Proven leadership to recruit, develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills with sales and inventory data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for personalized service.

• Lead daily retail operations of the Golf Shop.
• Develop retail strategies to enhance member satisfaction.
