Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA is seeking a Golf House Retail Manager to own the end-to-end buying process for a luxury golf and lifestyle shop. You will lead a high-performing retail team, drive sales through superior merchandising, and manage vendor relations with a focus on member preferences.

Responsibilities include inventory oversight, planning, and executing seasonal buys, while coordinating with the Regional Director of Retail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full buying process from strategic planning to seasonal buys
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory oversight to drive sales
• Coordinate with Regional Director of Retail and on-site team
• Sourcing and purchasing high-end merchandise across golf, apparel, gift, home
• Attend trade shows and manage vendor relationships
• Develop SOPs for invoicing, inventory, and AP reconciliation
• Provide product knowledge training and staff incentives
