• Manage $1.3M to $1.8M in gross bookings per quarter by year 1.
• Generate 60–70% of quota from repeat business and rebookings.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and win new clients through proactive outreach.
• Use HubSpot to track client activity and drive follow-ups.
• Learn luxury travel offerings and destinations; coordinate with guest experience, marketing, and destination teams.
