You will prep ingredients, follow TAO standards, label and store items, maintain sanitation, and support the kitchen team during busy service. The role requires team collaboration, quick movement, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in prep or line cooking in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and TAO standards.
• Strong sanitation, hygiene and food-handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting according to recipes.
• Label and store all product following FIFO and TAO standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prep station, kitchen, and venue.
• Complete opening and closing duties as directed by management.
• Communicate product needs to chefs and support staff.
