Job summary

MV Group USA in Miami, FL is seeking a highly motivated Preconstruction / Project Engineer to lead the preconstruction process for our luxury residential projects. You will manage budgets, takeoffs, bid packages, and ensure accurate cost planning before construction begins.

Collaborating with ownership, architects, consultants and subcontractors, you will develop budgets, rate sheets, and value engineering opportunities while monitoring market prices and maintaining design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field is required.
• 3-7 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project engineering.
• Luxury residential construction experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from development through project turnover.
• Develop budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare bid packages.
• Negotiate subcontractor pricing and terms; manage trade partner relations.
• Assemble complete preconstruction packages for project teams.
