Florida Construction Connection is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial builds in the Miami area. You will drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure premier quality and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, proactive risk management, and mentorship of junior staff while delivering on time and within budget on prestigious projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing luxury hospitality, luxury residential, condominium, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
