Authentic Construction in Miami, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Lead Luxury Custom Home Construction to own and steer luxury residential projects from pre-construction to turnover. You will manage finances, schedules, and trade execution while delivering high-end homes for a respected builder, collaborating with a strong field team that values integrity and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing custom residential construction projects.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership to negotiate with subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with luxury clients and designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage active luxury residential projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules with field Superintendents.
• Direct project buyout, negotiate change orders, and prepare subcontractor purchase orders.
• Track project financials, generate monthly client progress billings, and deliver forecasts.
• Oversee submittals, client selections, RFIs, and municipal permitting using Procore.
• Partner with field Superintendents to maintain safe, organized jobsites.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, interior designers, and subs.
