Job summary

Authentic Construction in Miami, FL seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through turnover. You will own project finances, schedules, and trade execution, delivering high-end homes for a respected builder.

The role requires minimum 5 years in luxury residential construction, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing custom residential construction projects.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling tools; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage active luxury residential projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules with field Superintendents.
• Direct project buyout and negotiate trade change orders; prepare subcontracts.
• Track financials, generate client billings and forecasts.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and municipal permitting with Procore.
• Partner with field teams to maintain safety, organization, and schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and subs.
