Job summary

Related Group seeks a Construction Manager to lead design and construction for a large luxury multi-tower project in South Florida. The CM will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and QA while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and designers.

The role requires oversight of preconstruction, permit tracking, and change orders with a focus on schedule and safety. Bachelor-level engineering or architecture background preferred, with 10–20 years of luxury condo project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of take-offs and estimates with take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~100% of time in field office overseeing GC operations.
• Coordinate design, GC and subcontractor negotiations during preconstruction.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of construction activities through close-out.
• Represent Owner at construction meetings and manage change orders.
