Zusammenfassung

Elite Pools, a premier builder of custom, concrete inground pools in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales department and actively sell pool construction and outdoor living projects. You will manage five Pool Design Consultants, oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure a consistent customer experience from initial inquiry through handoff to the Build Team.

This role balances personal sales production with coaching, department leadership, and driving

Qualifikationen

Experience leading a sales team in pool construction or related industry.
Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting skills.
Ability to coach while maintaining personal sales production.
Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.

Aufgaben

Lead five Pool Design Consultants to meet revenue, closing rates, activity and pipeline targets.
Develop and monitor sales plans, forecasts and quarterly goals.
Review proposals for accuracy and alignment with pricing and capabilities.
Coordinate handoffs to Build Team and ensure smooth project start.
Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and customer experience.
Mentor and evaluate team performance and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
Maintain accurate CRM data and timely follow-ups with prospects.
