Anthony & Sylvan Pools seeks a Design Consultant in New York, NY to lead in-home and virtual consultations, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the sales process to close more deals with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2C sales, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong CRM and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Travel is 90–100% within the territory with a 100% commission after year one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home and virtual sales consultations with clients.
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals; work with Regional Sales Manager when needed.
• Manage full sales cycle, appointments, and follow-up until close.
• Maintain CRM data, reports, and activity logs.
• Build and grow referral-based opportunities through local networks.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with market insights.
