Anthony & Sylvan Pools, the nation’s largest name in inground pools, is seeking a Design Consultant to lead customer appointments from start to finish and guide clients through the sales process with confidence and professionalism.

You will build strong relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and turn opportunities into successful sales that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

• Three plus years successful B to C sales experience required.
• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken.
• Customer service oriented with positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Travel 90-100% within territory.
• After year one, must feel comfortable being compensated under a 100% commission pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations by meeting with customers to assess needs, explain pool ownership features, create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software, and present solutions.
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using the Retail Cost Breakdown (RCB) methodology and price book standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow, including running appointments and follow-ups until the sale is closed.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting, updating customer information daily and tracking sales status.
• Build and expand a local referral network with clubs, landscapers, builders, and related businesses.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with local market insights and materials.
• Participate in performance reviews with the Regional Sales Manager and implement actions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
