ARIA Resort & Casino, part of MGM Resorts, seeks a Pool Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant poolside beverage operations. You will develop a high-performing team and drive daily operations with a focus on guest service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience required.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations, budgets, and guest service standards; manage par levels for supplies and equipment.
• Enforce beverage policies, operating procedures, and training for staff.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel and coach beverage staff; drive engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and compliance with liquor regulations.
