Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of prior beverage experience required (leadership/management role ideal).
• Previous experience in a resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations including budgeting, par levels, and inventory.
• Oversee execution of policies, procedures, training, schedules, and beverage menus.
• Interview, train, supervise, and coach beverage staff; drive engagement and development.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and ensure health, sanitation, and liquor-compliance standards.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wine selections, glassware and garnishes; ensure quality service.
