Job summary

The MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager - Lounges at Bellagio in Las Vegas to oversee daily beverage venue operations and uphold luxury service standards. You will assist in leading the beverage team, ensuring efficient operation, staffing, inventory, and guest satisfaction across lounge venues.

The ideal candidate is 21+ with a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience, able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control.
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests.
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division.
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly.
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
