MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Pool Beverage Manager at ARIA Resort & Casino to lead beverage operations at our poolside venues, delivering guests an elevated experience that reflects luxury and hospitality. You will mentor a team of Assistant Beverage Managers and pool staff while monitoring daily operations and financial performance.

The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2+ years of relevant beverage leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily beverage operations, budgets, guest service standards and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Maintain par levels for liquor, beer, wine and equipment; process requisitions.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel and coach beverage staff; drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations.
• Maintain health, sanitation and compliance with liquor regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, and bar menu items.
