Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations including budgeting, par levels, and inventory.

• Interview, train, supervise, and coach beverage staff; drive engagement and development.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and ensure health, sanitation, and liquor-compliance standards.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wine selections, glassware and garnishes; ensure quality service.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Beverage Managers and poolside service professionals while overseeing daily operations, driving financial performance, and maintaining exceptional service standards. With a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and an eye for detail, you will create a dynamic atmosphere where seamless service, operational excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences come together. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Responsible for monitoring of daily beverage operations, fiscal budgets, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability. Accountable for par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment, completing requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.* Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the beverage staff.* Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and coach beverage staff for the efficient operation of the department. Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development.* Collaborate with Human Resources regarding employee relations.* Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of Beverage.
