Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Naples, FL, seeks a guest-focused pool and beverage server to join the opening team and uphold Four Seasons service standards throughout the pool area.

You will greet guests, take orders, ring up sales, restock amenities, and ensure a clean, organized pool deck while providing attentive hospitality in a luxury resort setting. Requirements include 1–2 years of high-volume resort experience and a high school diploma, with strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team.
• Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
• Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
• Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment.
• Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manager.
• Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
