LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, FL is seeking a Recreation Manager to oversee all pool and beach operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes safety, maintenance, and service standards in a luxury resort environment.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with other departments to create engaging recreational events and programs for members and guests, including peak-season planning and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality leadership in a resort setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls and labor management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the pool and beach facilities.
• Lead, mentor, train and develop pool and beach team members.
• Ensure exceptional service standards for members and guests.
• Manage scheduling, staffing and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain pool and beach equipment and recreational assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness and condition of pool and beach areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with resort departments on pool/beach events.
• Support planning and execution of resort activities and programming.
