Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Recreation Manager to oversee pool and beach operations, mentor staff, and maintain service excellence for members and guests in Naples, FL.

You will manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and event collaboration with other departments while supporting resort activities and recreational programming. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related hospitality experience, preferably in a resort environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and labor management.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the pool and beach facilities.
• Lead, mentor, train, and develop pool and beach team members.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to members and guests.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain all pool and beach equipment, furnishings, and recreational assets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the pool and beach areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other resort departments on pool and beach events for group business.
• Support the planning and execution of resort activities, events, and recreational programming.
