Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, Florida, seeks an experienced Recreation Manager to oversee pool and beach operations and create memorable guest experiences. You will lead the pool and beach team, ensure safety and service standards, manage scheduling and assets, and collaborate with other departments on events and activities.

Qualifications

3+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in a resort.
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and labor management.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Lead, mentor, train, and develop team members.
Ensure exceptional service to members and guests.
