Job summary

LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Recreation Manager to oversee pool and beach operations, mentor staff, and maintain service excellence for members and guests in Naples, FL.

You will manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and event collaboration with other departments while supporting resort activities and recreational programming. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related hospitality experience, preferably in a resort environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and labor management.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Recreation Manager

The Recreation Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations, of the Pool and Beach areas, mentoring and developing team members, maintaining a high standard of service for members and guests, managing LaPlaya's beach and pool equipment all while ensuring proper safety protocols are in place.
