Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality required.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Lewel of physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to enhance the guests experience.
• Maintain an active presence around recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
• Check in arriving guests to identify them as hotel/resort guests and suggest recreation options.
• Clean all areas in the prescribed manner following SOPs.
• Set-up and break down recreational areas for daily operations.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and dispose properly.
