Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and act as MOD when needed.
• Coach and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure accountability, performance, and adherence to standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily execution.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility aligned with brand standards.
• Drive 5-star customer service and enrollments through tours and inquiries.
