Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out to set a premium experience.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments across providers and treatments, with precise record-keeping.
• Maintain a polished front-desk environment and accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Coordinate pre- and post-procedure instructions and follow up on patient satisfaction.
