Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Delivers Excellence with passion and empathy for clients
• Cultivate entrepreneurial spirit while honoring brand DNA
• Creative and innovative mindset, open to new ideas
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering
• Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and KPIs
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming for clients
• Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trends, and product knowledge
• Guide clients through the journey to drive repeat business
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, DNA and pillars
• Capture client data and cultivate relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and prompt follow-up on inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
