Job summary

Sunline Landscapes, a premier luxury landscape and outdoor living firm, seeks a motivated Project Coordinator. The role is 80% field-based and 20% office-based, acting as the bridge between operations, field crews, vendors, and clients.

You will manage logistics, procurement, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has horticultural knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for outdoor living projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or related field.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely or confidence to become proficient.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction, plant materials, and outdoor living projects.
• Ability to lift, load, and transport equipment and materials.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field crews have materials, equipment, tools, and training for daily tasks.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers per core values.
• Coordinate and execute procurement and delivery of plants, hardscape materials, and equipment.
• Safely load/unload and secure loads for hauling; operate vehicles safely.
• Visit multiple job sites daily to support crews and monitor progress.
• Conduct quality assurance site visits after enhancements are completed.
• Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Help maintain quality standards and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Pull reports and assist with project tracking (20% admin).
• Coordinate warranties and warranty follow-up; schedule crews and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communications with vendors/clients.
