Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field supervision or project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding project schedules and progress updates.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Create timely purchase orders to secure materials and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly foreman hand-off meetings for seamless transitions.
• Review site layouts with the superintendent to align with goals.
• Foster teamwork, leadership, and accountability on site.
• Identify and address project issues to minimize punch list items.
