Job summary

Sunline Landscapes is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate landscaping projects, aligning sales, design, installation and maintenance to ensure timely delivery within budget and company standards.

You will lead preconstruction meetings, manage procurement, schedules, budgets, and client communications with a focus on exceptional client experiences and top-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam preferred).
• Experience collaborating with architects and designers.
• Strong budget tracking and financial management skills.
• Proven purchasing and procurement experience for materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project handoff, review estimates, and prepare job packages.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings, submittals, and utility locates.
• Purchase materials and manage subcontractors.
• Develop and adjust project schedules across multiple jobs.
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and report on project status.
• Conduct site audits and support issue resolution.
• Lead project closeout, including documentation, walkthroughs, and final approvals.
