Sunline Landscapes seeks a Project Manager to coordinate landscaping projects across sales, design, installation, and maintenance, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to company standards. You will manage planning, procurement, scheduling, and communication to drive successful execution and strong financial performance.

The role requires collaboration with architects/designers, purchasing experience, and robust budget management, with a focus on delivering premium outdoor environments

Qualifications

• Experience with takeoff software and coordinating with architects or designers.
• Proven ability to purchase materials and manage tools and subcontractors.
• Strong budget tracking and financial management skills; degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project handoff, review estimates, and prepare job packages.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings, submittals, and utility locates.
• Purchase materials and manage subcontractors.
• Develop and adjust project schedules across multiple jobs.
• Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and report on project status.
• Conduct site audits and support issue resolution.
• Lead project closeout, including documentation, walkthroughs, and final approvals.
