Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Optician in Chicago to deliver luxury service and expert eyewear guidance. You will support store leadership, mentor teammates, and ensure top optical quality across the floor.

The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules and travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ABO certification and high school diploma.
• Strong knowledge of optical theory and latest technologies is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and exceed customer satisfaction ratings.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to lifestyle and prescription.
• Engage in sale and dispensing of prescription eyewear and non-prescription eyewear.
• Troubleshoot questions and ensure compliance with state laws.
