Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active ABO certification required.
• Credential display on site preferred.
• 2+ years of luxury retail or premium service sales experience.”

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and exceed satisfaction ratings.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses to suit lifestyle and prescription.
• Engage in selling, facilitating, and dispensing eyewear.
• Troubleshoot questions and provide accurate answers to customers.
• Adhere to state laws and privacy requirements surrounding prescriptions and PIIs.
• Act as liaison with customers' optometrists during fittings.
• Perform precise measurements, fittings, and adjustments for eyewear accuracy.
