Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active ABO certification required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
• Ability to display credentials on site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and meet satisfaction targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships through personalized service.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses to suit lifestyle and prescription.
• Engage in sale, facilitation, and dispensing of eyewear.
• Troubleshoot questions and stay compliant with state laws.
• Coordinate with optometrists as liaison.
• Take precise measurements, fittings, and adjustments.
• Maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy.
• Mentor teammates to elevate performance and service standards.
• Provide lens technology recommendations and product knowledge.
