LensCrafters in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will be knowledgeable about eyewear trends and provide personalized recommendations to customers in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience.
