Job summary

LensCrafters within Macy's stores seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and hit sales targets. You will need product knowledge of eyewear trends and provide personalized recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail sales, strong communication, and reliability to work flexible hours. POS system experience and a luxury retail background are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure omnichannel service consistency.
