Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-ons offered.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
