Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, build client relationships and provide informed eyewear recommendations. You will stay current on trends and products while meeting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

The role involves maintaining a clean store, supporting omnichannel service, and following brand policies while participating in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support ensuring seamless customer service across platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
