Ray-Ban, a leader in eyewear, seeks a Licensed Optician to lead Luxury Retail stores toward success by building a strong client following and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will support the Store Manager, ensuring optical quality controls and accurate measurements, lens fitting, and product knowledge to drive sales. You will mentor staff and contribute to events and standards for presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• State licensure or certification as an optician required.
• 2+ years sales experience in luxury service environment.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practice.
• Ability to build a client following.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills; ability to use optical/retail software.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maintain extremely high standards of sales and service.
• Meet/exceed client service and sales standards with exceptional experiences.
• Develop strong customer relationships to build a loyal client base.
• Guide customers in selecting frames/lenses based on lifestyle and RX.
• Accurately take measurements, adjust, fit eyewear, and ensure detail accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets luxury retail standards.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintain presentation on sales floor and back office.
• Maintain inventory controls and support policies.
• Train and mentor Managers and Associates; support events.
